Tiling started on living room floor

Tiling started on alfresco floor

Start of retaining wall. Noticed a broken drainage pipe running down the side cut. The landscapers are waiting on the builder to fix before they can backfill.

Path levelled down the low side. Doesn't look like much now but compared to the drop that was there a few days ago it looks amazing.

More painting, staining and downpipes

Front columns and gable now painted. Site has been cleaned up too.

Painting Started

We went for an inspection today with the supervisor and managed to take a few pics. The skylights have been installed, painting has started, site has been cleaned and levelled out. The wrong bath has been installed but we have been assurred the correct one has been ordered and will be fitted shortly. For some reason all the pics show random specs in them. I guess this is due to the flash reflecting light off the dust in the air?

Locked Out

We have had some progess over the last 2 weeks. Scaffolding has come down. Roof tiles have gone up on the rear alfresco. Looks like they have finished the architraves and skirtings. Kitchen benchtop is on.

External painting and internal plastering

The render and gables have now been painted (Wild Yukon). They still need to paint the vertical timbers in the gables and the patio posts another colour.

Rear alfresco. They are waiting till the render has been completed prior to putting the roof tiles up and then the plaster roof.

Gables now finished, we have some sandstone capping and wooden posts. Obviously not painted yet.
